We Buy Any Unit is a UK commercial and industrial property buying service. In some cases we buy directly from our own funds; in others we introduce your property, on a confidential off-market basis, to a network of vetted buyers.

We are not an estate agent or a regulated financial adviser. Any indicative offer presented is subject to due diligence, survey, valuation, title and contract. It does not amount to a binding offer to purchase.

3. Information you provide

You must provide accurate information about yourself and any property you enquire about. You must be legally entitled to sell the property, or authorised by the owner to enquire on their behalf.

4. No guarantee of sale

Enquiring does not guarantee an offer, and receiving an indicative offer does not guarantee completion of a sale. Any transaction proceeds only when contracts are exchanged between you and the relevant buyer.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, design, logos, images) is owned by or licensed to We Buy Any Unit and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
